Im trying to get a faster shot and i was wondering if the warrior training handle really works. Id think that it would affect your throwing after u transfer back to ur gameshaft. I was wondering if it is really worth it . Also, if i cut a tennis ball open and fill it wiht pennies and then tape it up, (and shoot with it) will it increse shot speed, or wil lit affect me negativley when i switch back to my game shaft.

Filling a tennis ball with pennies will affect your throwing form. Make your own training handle and try playing with it.

The tennis ball pennies thing will affect your accuracy because of the grooves in the ball, also unless you completely cover every square inch inside (impossible) the weight is unevenly distributed and will also affect your accuracy as well as doing little for your shot speed.
summary: dont do it.

I don't think it'll affect your throwing because it's just like using a really heavy shaft, which is what the warrior training handle is. You can always fill an old aluminum shaft with sand or pennies. I filled a d shaft with sand and use just the shaft to save shots and it works.

It wont affect your throwing. Might make your passes a bit faster, but other than messing with your throwing, no. Also it helps with cradling and building up your forearms as well. I used an old heavy shaft and filled it with some heavy mineral rock salts that my parents use in our homes water purifying system. It is a bit heavy than the sand trick. However, it does the same thing. I would not waste money on the warrior training shaft. The overall result for me was a faster shot, faster/longer passes, quicker cradling, and a stronger stick check.

Oh yea, it also helps the weak off hand build faster too if you keep training with it.

You can also just fill an old shaft with sand and it is a lot cheaper.
