I say no, it is actually more of a torture to have to live in solitary confinement than to just die.

well, i voted wrong cause im an idiot, but i meant to vote no. I think he should have spent his life in prison forever because the punishment would have been much more severe

although i know it is probably the right move, i'm kinda disappointed that he would be put in solitary confinement. you just know that as soon as inmates get word of who the guy was he would be in living hell.

Yeah, but they would kill him too quickly for my liking. He shoulda had to meet some guy named Bubba in the showers everyday for the rest of his life. He'd be begging for his 72 virgins in no time. :chuckle:

I would have liked something more brutal involving a rusty hatchet and some special parts of his, but as far as legal solutions go this was the right course of action.

No, I think that its way to mercyful(sp) to give him the death penalty. Rotting in prison is a much worse punishment. He doesnt deserve to be painlessly killed. I know I'm not supposed to judge others and play God but its what I think.

He is coming to the supermax prison here in Colorado, and the inmates never (rarely if I'm wrong about the never) see each other, so I really doubt he will get the full prison experience. They only get 1 hour out of their cell, where they can shower and exercise. They also can't see other inmates through their windows, as they are alternating so you just see wall when you look out. they don't get TV and such amenities, so it is a better punishment in my opinion.
