Has anyone actually ever won anything off of a pop-up? you know thos things that flash and go ding ding you win? I think it would be sort of ironic if they all were real and we could all be winning millions of dollars of cool stuff.

yeah my friend got a PS2 and a video ipod off of them. He bought a visa gift card, clikced on the pop up, bought the crap they were trying to sell him so he could be entered (he had to buy 2 rentals from netflix, some learn to speak chinese CD's, and a bunch of other crap totaling 20 bucks) and he waited. all of a sudden about 3 months later, this crap arrives at his doorstep. It kinda makes me wanna try it, but i dont wanna get involved with all that crap

I know someone that did the same thing, he ended up signing up for so much useless crap and it took forever for all of the stuff to come.

I'd like to try it, but my parents won't let me use their v\credit card. Some of those are actually real.

It's kinda like freeipod/xbox360/etc.com. Supposly it works, but you need to subscribe to some worthless crap.

Never tried... Probably never will. Ill be getting spam letters every day, which i really dont want. lol, My favorite Pop-up was one that said "FART BUTTON" than under it said "Click it, you know you want to". It was pretty funny.

The problem with that is that they have fine print, which you will miss. It says we will keep billing you since they have your credit card.

someone i know got a free ipod off of freeipods.com. i was going to do it but you have to 1)pay $10 for a blockbuster account(just one of the many offers) and then 2)get 5 other people to do the same. i didn't feel like going through the hassle though
