I want to say it's by Common but I could be wrong. It's the song where in the video he is singing to a deaf girl holding up signs of what he is singing to her. I can't remember the name of it.

But the song sounds like one of those random mashups that no one ever remembers aafter they hear once on the radio. Search google maybe?

It's a generic term for good bud. Also known as highs, dank, chron, nugget, etc.
