has anyone noticed that basicly every show is ending this or next week, this includes: law and order, law and order: svu, ncis, scrubs, prison break, greys anatomy, bones (later this week), 24 (next week), desprite housewifes (next week) etc. is it just common fact shows end now or is it odd that they all end soon?

TV shows end both around memorial weekend and around new years. I just started noticing this too. I guess its always been this way.

Wow. All I can say is wow about the NCIS finale. Gibbs left. I'm sad.

Alias is gone, my mom watches that, and *sob*West Wing is gone forever. That has to be one of my all time favorite shows.

Grey's Anatomy has never and will never be good. I mean this. The success of that show has made me lose any belief I had left in the American taste for art and entertainment. The writing for that show and the situations are possibly the worst of any tv show....ever. On top of all that it still manages to be derivative of other shows, like the writer tore off the first 20 pages of an ER script, 10 pages of a Chicago Hope script and manage to splice it with the end of a St. Elsewhere script. The characters are one dimensional and unappealing and the storylines belong on daytime soap operas.
