For the mesh x (http://e-lacrosse.com/stech26.html) pocket at e-lacrosse, does the amount of pinch in the head matter, because i might want to put it in an evo. And a majority of the trad strung sticks i've seen are sticks that don't have much pinch like the X2. Sorry i'm new to trad. :wtf

Thanks for the help in advance.

yes the width does matter, the mesh x should only be on a wider head

sooo an evolution is out of the question?

--edit--

on e-lacrosse.com, in the store section u can purchase a stick with mesh-x strung on, and the evo is on of those choses, so i think it's possible.

my understanding is that you can string any pocket on any head... but will it work is the question?

I think it would work with a few modifications, but who knows until you try it.

works best with wide heads like the edge.....the evo defeats the purpose of the mesh x...

yeah thats why they work so well with stx heads because they tend to be both wide at the top and narrow at the pocket

yeh ne pocket will work in any head...wth some adjusting...i tried to mesh x in my profile and it wasnt too good i didnt feel like messing with it...it would just work better in a wider head...like a corner pocket works much better in a wider head...
