I think he means a site that ranks recruits, like they do in say, basketball, where someone will be called something like "The #1 recruit from such and such region."

There aren't any that I'm aware of.

Yea I've asked about this before.... There aren't any besides laxpower.com and laxscout.com. You can't really view anything on laxscout either; it's simply a site where one can create a scouting page.
