Hmm help on shooting string placement

Hmm if I follow through a shot it will go slightly down a bit. I have already on there
- 1x Nylon
- 2x Shooting strings

Where should I put the 3rd shooting string ?

Well, To correct the throw going down, than try moving the shooters up a few rows. Outside of that, where you put the next one is your choice. I would just put a U in there... But to fix the down, all you have to do is move the shooters up.

i would take out the middle of what looks like 3 and put a U in to help channel the ball but thats just me im relatively new to this all

you have 10D mesh. put the nylon 1/2 a row down and place the first hockey lace 2 rows down from the top lace. keep the bottom hockey lace where it is and string a U hockey lace so that the Apex of the U goes 3 diamonds wide and touches the bottom of the last hockey lace (the one u left in the same spot). tie the nylon and top hockey lace really tight. the 2nd hockey lace tight but not as tight as the 1st one. put barely any tension at all on the U. if after all that it still throws down, move the 2nd cross lace up 1/2 a diamond and lossen the U a little. fiddle with the tension of the bottom 2 laces (the 2nd cross lace and the U) until it throws just how u want it. move the pocket up to mid-high and move the strings accordingly (Black is the nylon, Red are the Hockey laces) and that'll be the envy of the razor society

4 straight with a diamond between will solve your whip troubles.

slinky, the 4 straight may solve the whip but not the accuracy. that pocket has no consistant channel. the U will direct the throw. if you make it 3-4D wide at the apex of the U it will get rid of the whip 2

you have a V. that wont help whip. Spread the top of the U over 4 diamonds so it goes up, across, down instead of just up and down

A U is not needed to improve accuracy. After a few days of throwing around with straight shooters, the ball will create somewhat of a channel itself. And even so, The U just helps the ball go straighter for begginners, if you are expeirenced, you will be able to throw just as accurately with 3 or 4 straight as you would with 2 straight and a U.

O my god this frickin lip is killing me I have a tight tight tight nylon and its still not working. Should I put a shooting string right under the nylon ARG im so mad.

Roll the nylon, don't weave it. I juts out a lot more when rolled and the ball will (hopefully) hit it harder.

Hes trying to elimante whip and lip. More shooting strings can and, for me, usually helps solve the problem.
