this is my first dye ever and after dying it most of the glue from teh splatter came off so there isnt a lot of splatter....can anyone tell me how to apply the glue right if i did it it wrong, i just went all over the head glueing, or tips on how to keep it on thanks

did you let it dry completly and harden before you put the head in the dye?

your using a hot glue gun right?
also, i guess maybe if the watter was hot enough and the glue soft enough, the dye might be able to get under the glue

Probably didn't use hot glue, thats the only thing I can think of...

I'm thinking that if you did use hot glue you used a low temp hot glue gun. I use one and when you put it in the dye because the water is hot it melts the glue a bit. I like it because it makes a cool effect, but you have to put a lot of glue on so that not all of it comes off.

For one you had to use a HOT GLUE GUN
and ya let if fully dry and harden before putting it in the dye

yea it was a hot glue gun what demongoalie said is probably right cuz where i ahd a lot of glue it didnt come off but where there was only a little its did come off

the same thing happened to me today, the hot water melted the glue a little but it turned out ok
