1:16 left n i need help

ok we had this game eralier 2day n after the frist half we were winnin 7-2 but then we got a 3 minitue non realesable for have illagle cleats n they started 2 come bak...well to make a long stroy short theres 1:16 left in the game n werte losing 10-9 because of thunder and lightning n we need an play to tie it up....its our ball on the outside left ally in our offensive zone...help!!!!!!!!!!!!

they were probably too long. They sell screw ins that're 3/4 inch, the longest that are legal for lax is 1/2. Also, they could've been baseball or metal. No excuse though...

yeah the game was called n the rest of it will be played later

n the cleats were illegale cause they were screwins...in the biging of the year we could use screwins but now i guess they changed the rule with out tellin us

I always thought that if over half of the game was played then if it got called whatever the score was that was it. But I guess it isn't. That is really weird though. I would get it to X and just have middies keep cutting to the cage, thats our play when we need a goal.

If you have the right cell phone you can have internet access from the field. I have a t-mobile sidekick, and have access everywhere I go. In 5 years everyone will have it.

I'm not sure how your league works, but I've never heard of screwins not being legal. It might've been the lenght of the screwins, which is limited to a max of 1/2 inch. If they are illegal, then I'd hope it's a league rule.

Well, you've got 1:16 left so that's plenty of time to work the ball around. If need be you could just go into a 1-4-1 with your best offensive player who has a short pole on him up top and do an iso. Look for a slide from the crease, and if your guy doesn't beat his man, you need a guy on a wing to pop out. Throw in a screen on the goalie as well....

if you were up by 5 and the came back on a penalty even a three minute one , that is sad. You guys must have a sorry man down defense. I would agree with 1-4-1 we have run it before and it works. Get the screens going in front of the cage and pop a pass to a player right in front of the crease.

I know it's possible to have internet access on the field with a cell phone... hell even my LG phone has internet access... but I was just surprised because I thought that he was taking time off from the game to post on this board.

yeah we checked the cleat rule n it turns out that the ref made a mistake n that there shouldnt have been a penalty...so he screwed the game for us...well not yet. but is there anything else we can do cuz were not as good in the 141 as the 231

Was the other team pressuring the ball?

If not, you can use that to your advantage and work the ball around so you can take the last shot.

Or, you could just crank from the outside and take multiple shots w/ a screen on the goalie, and as long as you have backup, just go nuts.

Or you could do a trick play :laugh

yeah there goalie was extremly weak/\...he saved 1 shot mmabey 2...what kind of trik plays? we already no the hidden ball trick n e thing else?

I would say your best bet is to run a regular play or do what TheKob said and just have someone behind the cage and just rip it until one hopfully goes in.
