any tips on bouncers?

step to the ball and get your stick down between your legs. Stay in front of the ball, and take it off the body if it comes off high. That's what i was taught, and its worked so far.

go to the wall around dusk

stand about 10-15 feet away from the wall

throw the ball about hip high

and you will learn how to catch rediculously low passes as well as bouncers in no time.

get your body in front of the ball, dont rely on your stick for bouncers, and step to the ball

get your top hand to the bounce, not where you think it will go, and get your body big around the bounce
