My team went ahead and purchased some STX Exo arm pads which are absolute garbage. Since I'm a defensemen I want to order something with little to almost no padding in hopes of getting the most mobility. I've pretty much got it down to two pads the:

Warrior Revolution Air Elbow Pad 5000

and the Warrior Defensive MLL 5.0 Pad

I need to know if they slip at all or if for some reason one does not flex too well. I'm also open to other suggestions. Thanks :D.

Get the Revolution Airs, they are very comfy, i tried on my friends, and i would get them if i played D. But, i play middie, so i need more protection, and turned to my trusty Gladiators! :):):)

The MLL elbow bad 4.0 or MLL armpad 4.0.Deffense men usually wear the smallest elbow pads possible I would stay away from either of the elbow pads you were looking at.
