Any1 know where a lax store is in the philly/New jersey area? (Hence when I say philly i mean by where the final four/ncaa championship is taking place)

Google lax stores in Philly. I know they exist, I've been to some of them. But there is absolutely nothing around the stadium area, outside of the venders there, that sell lax equipment. If you do a Google search, you'll not only get the store websites, but also the directions to their place. You'll be doing some driving, if you want to buy equipment in the Philly area.
