I was looking at laxshopper.com and I read reviews saying that they are the exact same weight. Is this true b/c if the Kryptolyte is only a tad stronger I would save $20 and buy the Platinum. Which one is lighter, stronger, etc.

I'd say just go with the klyte. It's only $20.

Klytes aren't $20.. he can save $20 by buying the Platinum as opposed to a Kylte.

im sure he meant that. Anyway, I'm trying to convince my friend to buy my platinum pole, and not a new kryptolyte by using the same argument. Except now he wants a scandium. But anyway, even if there is a weight difference you wouldn't be able to feel it.

i used a platinum d-pole for 2 indoor and 2 outdoor seasons, hardly dented or bent, and dont think i was sitting on the bench I started vitually every game. its the same as klytes, only cheaper
