View Full Version : My Custom on a Mini Finalizer

Hey guys!
Here is my first custom string job. I have been stringing mesh for a while and finally decided that I wanted to try traditional/custom. I made a hybrid, between a Pita Pocket and a Rock-it Pocket. It has two leathers. It is in my Mini Finalizer if you couldn't tell from my title. Tell me your thoughts and any constructive critism. Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it.

DANG!!! That's one nice mini stick. I think I may have to try that on my mini finalizer.

that looks sweet.. where did you get the mini the only mini i can find are bionics and e3's and guru's

Sorry, I'm not quite sure what you mean about interlocking my knots. If you tell me, I will be able to.

he means where there are two knots going around the leather at pretty much the same spot, hook them together. Then its a good pocket, great first try though.

Should I make the interlocking with the channel, sides, or both?

you should interlock the middle and the side part... look at kryptics pita tutorial thats how i learned how to interlock... its a pain but the string job looks a lot better after doing it. post pics when your done.

It'd be cool if it had colors. Not a HUGE fan of one-color traditionals. Very good for #1 though. All white is kind of boring to me...
