i think it looks a little sloppy, but i haven't done an RP on such a pinched head before. i like the colors though.

You made a serious mistake in stringing this pocket. Based upon your thread title this is supposed to be a George Rock-it Pocket, but you have too many side strings. The George pocket skips one each time on both sides. You seem to have only done that in a few places.

i'm sure you've been there and such, but im just using it to prove my point. they have 3 side strings strung the classic way, but i felt that if i started skipping side strings at the point where i was supposed to, the top wouldnt be tight enough, and thus i'd have more whip than i wanted. so this was a completely conscious choice to make 4 side strings in the classic form, instead of three.

Thanks for the clarification. The way that Rock-it Pocket gets the top to be tight enough is to include several (more than two from my experience), tight, nylon shooters. You have not made a George pocket, but more of a "George's Big Brother."

agreed. in my last post i was going to say that i could call it a george 'variation', but figured that sounded way too sarcastic, and didn't want to sound like i was trying to be like that.

yea. they aren't. RYU said in a thread that he didnt understand why people streched their leathers so much. but i just didnt really want to stretch them, dunno why. lazyness. but yea im stringing one for my friend, so ill probably stretch those.
