ive been playin lacrosse for 3 years and im startin to get interested in stringing styles that will help me be more accurate yet still have good hold. i was lookin through jimalax and was lookin at the different types of mesh. which ones would be good for a middie 5d, 6d, 7d, 8d, traditional hard, trad soft, catapultion, or american

7 or 8 Diamond. It gives you a nice fast shot. 6d if you want to sacrifice shot speed for hold. 5d is too low of a shot speed for a middie, the hold isn't worth it (unless your a lsm).

Of course you cant go wrong with broken in hard mesh, has good shot speed and you can throw in double sidewall for a deeper pocket and more hold.

Its really all preferance but I suggest jima traditional hard, catapultion, 7D. You should expeiriment with different mesh to see which one fits you best.

This is a preference thread, because what ever works for you, go for it.

Also, this will probably get locked soon. No prefernece threads even thought it's your first post.
