Most Popular Goalie Mesh

There hasnt been a poll yet about which mesh the majority of goalies' use so I figure this could help end the "What type of mesh should I put in my goalie head?" posts. Most of those posts ask what other people use, so I figure this poll will answer that question.

Ive got some regular hard mesh in my nemesis, that i got from great atlantic, and it was the worst decision ever, its broken a dozen times this season, and ive had to endlessly repair it. im getting some 14d from jimalax, which ive heard from some other goalies is good mesh, but i havent heard anything about it on here, so tell me what you think

Open sidewall is good with it, otherwise it doesn't get a good amount of hold.

10D is amazing. It's all I use anymore. I had some 14D with open sidewalls(coils) and it was alright for a while, and I've had 17D with open sidewalls and I've had 12D too which was alright. But my favorite is the 10D. I'm stringing some up in my stick today, maybe I'll make a tutorial

I only used 12D and 20D, nothing else. 10D is probably my least favorite mesh ever (no offense demon), it is just...I dont even know. I dont like the feel. I get it to throw great, but I just hate the way it feels.

Im thinking about making a 20D tutorial later...If my jimalax comes.

I love 10d. When stretched,conditioned, and strung correctly, it's the ultimate pocket. Amazing hold, feel, and throwing capabilites. I just ordered some Jima 20d so I'll see how that works out.

None taken. It's all preference. Just whatever feels best to you. It does have a completely different feel compared to other meshes, which I think I've become accustomed to. I like it because it is great in any weather, it's easy to make a pocket, and I can get it to throw great with only two shooters which makes stringing and maintaining it really easy.

I use 12D. I have 12D warrior in my Abyss and i am getting some 12D for my Eclipse.
