I've been practising my dodges and everything for attack, and ive gotten better. but im not improving as fast as i used to. whats a good quick way to improve my footwork on offense?

That's kind of the way it works, it's easy to improve when there is lots of room to improve. It's not so easy after awhile.
Find a d-man who will do one on ones with you. IT's good practice for both of you and it works on conditioning at the same time.

get a book of agility drills, and go from there... Also, if you do the agility drills with a lacrosse stick and ball, it'll work both at the same time. One on ones are good as well (for both of you) but you won't always have a D man around, and focusing on the footwork might pay bigger dividends in the future when combined with your one on on abilities...

On e-lacrosse, there is a list of agilities, i found it in one of the stick techs i thing, but just keep practicing sprints and one on ones.

Yea, I do that, except I do it on the cars parked on the side of the road too.

run into a m ailbox....put a dent in it...then you can practice sprinting before the person comes out of their house and starts yelling at you lol

i use the cracks in the side walks. practice stutter steps to get better footwork. jump rope as well to increase your foot speed

I like that idea....get a little bit of agility and conditioning at the same time.

Hey how do you stutter step past cracks?

But i think the best tip i've ever been given for dodging was given to me by the lasalle coach... he said when doing a roll dodge spin your head as FAST AS YOU CAN.. it made my roll dodges twice as fast just focus on your head spinning and the rest will follow
