Pocket Grip

anyone know any ways to improve the grip on mesh?

You could try a U or V string. It won't make the mesh grip better, but it will give the pocket better hold.

It might just be old weathered mesh that needs replacing/reconditioning (w/hairspray perhaps). The ball also might be kind of old..if it's shiny and slick, throw it against a brick wall to rough up the edges.

In my experience, traditional has always had the best hold...

try to spray starch in the pocket- that will help it get hard agai and grip better

Us are the way to go or just turn the mesh inside out so that the rough side is facing in... the grip is far better that way
