i just got my UA metal mid d cleats. i have been running around my proberty dodging trees and doing ground balls. the cleats were very responsive. light like no other. very very comfortable. they fit like a glove. i got the ones with the screw in tips. they even came with the metal tipped studs. they are worth it in my book. plus i got them cheaper then eastbay prices. i went with the goldmanbrothers website. they are there cheaper then any other website. i will post pics later with the box and stuff. payce. lionslaxer1

yeah i got them too. They are freakin sweet i love them. Its like wearing socks and they grip like no other. I dont have any complaints. I was worried they would be like my old cleats, which hurt my feet, but they dont hurt my feet at all so i am quite happy. They are cheaper than the high end nike's so i feel they are worth it.

i dont know, it tried them on, and they were heavier then my superspeeds, and the Heatgear liner was kinda slippery. i know a kid who has them, and i see what he says, but im not impressed.

i tried them on today at d!cks. i must say, i like the new nikes better. but having the liners of them be heatgear is pretty sweet.

I got them also and i just love em. Although iv worn adidas mayhems mids for 3 years now(4 different pairs) and i thoguht those were great. But these UA cleats are so comfortable on my feet and look sweeten as well.

does the heat gear really work or have you not used them enough to tell?

it helps absorb the sweat a little. i did one on ones today. they are light in the heal. and the cleat overall is pretty thin but consrtucted not to be cheap like adida scorch 3d's
i have to have the low because mids and highs make my ankle sore
how heavy are theses compared to vapors or speed burns?
i just got speeds and i like them so far because they are extremely light

lions, do the cleats come with metal studs and plastic

they come with detachable plastic studs not both.
Are there any cleats out there [mids] that offer the same things [or close] that these offer for cheaper? Any first hand experiences?
