What's the ideal number of lacrosse sticks to own for a high school player?

Im just curious as to an ideal number of how many sticks a hs player should have. 2? 3? 4?

Any input?

LaxMaxVince, this is a preference thread. I am sure that many will tell you that the best number is preference. I will close with this opinion. Have a back up stick. If you need more to simply have fun with or practice stringing on, go for it. In a game though, always have a back up.

anyway heres the answer: 3

1) game stick
2) backup stick
3) testbed stick (for practicing stringing)

more arent necessary, but are ok. i tell my players this, and will tell parents of kids with one stick that they need at least one more
