Volleyball anyone?

Just seeing if anyone here plays volleyball. post here sort of team your on, how there doing, record, stuff like that. Or just any thought or comments you may have on it. (MODS: if this shoudl be a megathread or something like that then please change the title.)

My season finished about a month ago. Ann Arbor Middle School City Champs, finished the season 9-1.

dude volleyball isnt just a girls sport likme mr.tibs said, i dont play on a school team but im pretty good, it was fun because on our last day of school its us against the teachers in volleyball, and it was the first time the students won in school hisotry, from the 30's until now, so ya im gonna try out for the boys team next year :naughty:

yeah it's a spring sport where i am too...i use to play volleyball for the pacific palisades volleyball club...we were sick too...one of the best in the state...and i live in California, and we all know that California is the best at volleyball in the country.

Ugh, I HATE mens vollyball. Whenever we needed the gym for lax practice on rainy days, the vball team would take up the ENTIRE gym with about 10 guys. It was retarded. Plus its just a girly sport. I loathe the fact that guys play it, the only redeeming quality about volleyball is the shorts (if you can even call them that) that the girls wear. :)

Ive decided to make my posts in Jive. Mix things up a bit. Basically what i said was volleyball isn't really girl just most schools can only afford a girls team and that 2 on 2 beach volleyball takes a lot of athleticism.

At newington, CT our spring vollyball team went to the championship, first time in a while. It had a alot of hype behind it. I think i would play if i didnt have lacrosse but its sick to watch especially when we have guys who can spike the crap out of that ball. I think in gym and on the beach is also pretty sick to play

I don't play it, but I went to all our schools girls games, its actually coed so me and my friend are trying out next year as a joke. We don't want to wear the spandex though, the girls can keep that. :naughty:
