I've always heard about how great Macs are, how easy they were to use, and how safe they were. I just never got to try a mac. A while ago, I was at my friend's house and I noticed his sister had a MacBook. I asked her if I could play around on it, and I immediately loved it. The only problem was that Macs aren't compatable with everything. Then, a lightbulb clicked: Now that Boot Camp is out, you can run both Mac OS X and Windows. I did some research on it and it sounded pretty sweet.

Today, I was at a graduation party and was talking to a buddy. He was telling me how he got a MacBook Pro with Boot Camp and Windows for school. He has 2 gigs of RAM, 80 gigs of storage, and a 17" screen. Later, he let me check it out. It is the best laptop I have ever seen. It is the fastest too, whether running OS X or Windows. I'm completely sold. I've already decided that when I go to school next year, I'm getting one of these bad boys. It really is the best of both worlds. Check it out.

Yea, my friend has a mac and he can play world of warcraft and half life 2 on his macbook easily using bootcamp.

The thing is, by next year a 64 bit macbook will probably come out, along with a new OS

I was also thinking of making the switch and getting something like a Macbook or something. But I think I am going to build myself my own PC first and I was going to wait for OSX Leopard anyway which will probably come out next year.
