Alrite first off i know this is a preference thread and it will probably get closed so anyways, I need a new phone and i have it down to either a Razr or a Slvr.
I was just wondering if anyone had either and if they like it or dislike it and why?

RAZR. I have it and love it. I think the SLVR looks retarded.

RAZR, they are sick, and if you take care of em they last just as long as any other phone...but the silvr's look pretty neat

RAZR. SLVRs aren't flip phones and therefore you have to deal with the pain of locking the keypad, and getting the screen scratched, and the keypad all banged up.

i havent used either all that much. but for use i think it would be the RAZR, but ive heard the battery is terrible, so i think is basicly even

I like the RAZR better, because I like the flip phone and if the SLVR is smaller than the RAZR than that phone must be way too small.

slvrs get really scratched up, and the outside of it is not metal like the razr. it looks really dirty too when there are fingerprints all over it

I have owned a Razr since last September. It's cool, first picture phone, plus it takes videos, and I just bought Tetris. It gets the job done.
flip phone, protects the screen and keypad
im getting the RAZR this weekend

Well, our contract is up and I'm getting a new phone next week, I was going to get a RAZR, but now I've found that I like the kyocera KX2 just as much if not more and it's cheaper with verizon. It has an amazing camera/screen, too. But out of the razr or slvr, go with the razr. The slvr is just stupid.

i messed up my vote, i thought it said what not to get. i say get a razer the slver isnt worth the hassle. the only thing i dont like about the razr is that the buttons are hard to push

Definately the razr. I just got one for my b-day and its awesome. I would wait awhile because i think the new razr with itunes is coming out in a month or two

I'm definately waiting then to get the RAZR, that was the only reason i was considering the SLVR

Get a RAZR, but if you can wait get a V3i when it comes out. It is a RAZR with iTunes(like the SLVR)

Quoted for emphasise. Back in the day when i had a non-flip phone, and before i put a key lock on it... i would keep randomly calling people, which would make them a tad bit angry. Besides, its pretty sexy to whip out a phone and flip it open...

Everyone and their moms have a RZR why be another face in the crowd? atleast the SLVR can do something diff. and cool and u dont always want your ipod in one pocket and your cell phone in the other it comes in handy

EXACTLY! LOL I got the RAZR V3 about a year ago and not too many people had it but recently everyone has one. I had lost my RAZR so I got the SLVR. I think I might be the only one to own both so I have a non-prejudice insight. I like the SLVR a lot more because it isn't a flip-phone. The screen has not scratched once in over 2 months I take it to school every day and I have a pen in my poscket the whole time too. The screen gets equally as dirty as the RAZR. Infact the SLVR being in my pocket cleans the screen. So I would say go with the SLVR, not many people have them, smaller, and has Itunes. Also the sound quality is better in my opinion. Plus it has a memory card so you can just plug the card into your PC, or you can connect your SLVR to your computer. :thumbsup:
