Always good for a laugh...and driving under the influence.
Since it always seems (according to the news) that the lawbreaker's names are always followed by a (R), I decided to keep it honest.

At least no one died this time...just goes to illustrate the point that neither party is full of saints, and you shouldn't throw stones in glass houses...

Maybe you should turn to Fox news for some unbiased information.

I clicked on the link sent via email when enjoi replied and got 3 hotties showing their bras. I thought it was a post extraveganza.
BTW, nice to see you guys will jump all over a republican who is accused of breaking the law (or not even accused, even) while this post gets replies making jokes (was that I joke, I didn't get it) and the sentiment "everyone does it".
Hypocrites, the stalwart of the Democratic Party. No wonder their mascot is what it is...

no news source is unbiased..
for a news organization to be fully unbiased, they would first have to broadcast without the aid of advertisers..
their money drives the news.. what is newsworthy and what is shoved under a rug..
if you don't believe me, then tell me where news casters, and crew get their paychecks from..

Yes, but thats because treason is a bigger deal than drunk driving. More people care a bout a leaked CIA agent than a drunk Kennedy.

True, but they're not even sending Rove to trial (see other thread). My point was that there hasn't been much national coverage about this story, whereas it seems (to me at least) that there is a measure of delight in publicising ALLEGATIONS about republicans.

when are you going to learn that it's not all about republicans and democrats..
it's not black and white, right and wrong..
Its not really a republican issue. If I was a program director for a news channel, how much time would I give to a drunk driving senator. The story will play out like any otehr drunk driving case. Its not like theres going to be breaking news about the half ounce of coke in his trunk.
However, any high level government official being accused of treason will have trials, anonymous sources, high stakes, etc. It could (and has) gone on for months. Its sure fire ratings. Its like putting Jack Baur on the evening news.
Theres no reason for there to be a lot of national coverage for this story.

If anyone has ever read my posts on political issues they would realize how sarcastic i was when i posted that. By the way they Kennedy's have done more for this country than the Bush's ever will.

I know it's not about republicans or democrats. I'm conservative, but I'm not a republican. I tend to agree more with the R's than the D's though, and I get irritated when there is bias.
