My New(ly redone) Pulse

how come my sidewalls are ripping now when im just fooling around outside rather than during the season? anyway my pulses sidewall busted and i just redid it, any critique?

i dont se a point in a high pocket on a pulse. doesnt that counteract the point of that hing thing

i was just out shooting w/ it and its sick, it had a lot of whip before i fixed the shooters, but the pics dont really show how loose the mid and bottom ones were, now its a little whip

Pulse, Mini Review

Okay, the reflex technology is not so much a gimmick as people say, odds are those people are just thinking of the "gel control fingers" or "floating sidewall" and have never really tested this head out, the reflex technology works.

i think this head is amazing, you can feel the head "pulsate" when you catch some passes and it does kinda add a whippy-ness, but not whip, to your throws. I haven't measured my shot speed compared to other heads, mostly cause i dont have a radar gun, but i do think this head does add some mph to your shot.
the head is awesome, its pinch and its sidewall holes (i love you brine) are perfect. The scoop is sick for gb's, and not a lot of lip (take that warrior) even without the nylon on top, before i restrung it. I was injured for most of my season so i never really got to see how flexible it gets, looking at other brine heads that do this: answer, matrix, e3, etc., but from when i got it its still pretty stiff.
I couldnt test it out for long term, but for the few weeks in practice i had, i thought it was amazing, Id give it a 9/10 but thats because no head is a 10 untill every head is tested. I would say if your getting a new head, and your considering the pulse, get it its definately worth the $$

its wierd that you say that, i got this pulse a while ago, almost begining of this season, and i was looking at it after making this thread and shooting around and wondering if it was.
I never knew the pulses were redisigned until that brine thread and its even weider considering i work at a lacrosse store and noone knew until like last week they were redone yet i had a redisigned one since before easter, last date i remeber having it cause my friend got his as an easter present after i got mine

sorry to add this but does anyone know exactly when the pulses were redisigned? i never knew until one of the new brine threads pointed it out, even now the only ones we have in our store are the old ones but i got mine there
