Ok my friend from high school came up with a new way to string the sidewalls on the torque that is freaking amazing, here it is. Thanks Keven for letting me barrow your stick to figure it out.

That just looks like your friend wrapped the sidewall string around the sidewall and mesh over and over...Nothing special really and with time it will become inconsistent because the mesh is allowed to move around.

Actually its not a wrap and each hole in the mesh the sidewall string passes through twice it takes a minute to look at and figure out. The mesh doenst really move around like it might seem it would even if you try to make it. It is really quite different.
