I used to play D but this year im swithing to middie and need to know what i need to work on. I throw of the wall ever day for n hour or more and most every other day run 2miles but i need to know some more things. What are some drills i can do, also i have a goal so what should i do with that to help me?:dummy

just work on your ball control, try to carry your stick every where you go. and just mess around

make sure that you can throw well with both hands and also work on gbs both hands, make sure to get low with you legs.

speed and agility and the equal use of both hands will help a lot

you should be able to run the feild back and fourth at LEAST two times without stopping. Be able to do dodges well and be able to control the ball with both hands good.

work on agility drills, and sprints so that you'll be able to get a good run and dodge well. also just hit the wall, working on both hands.

well scince your used to the sport u probally wont have to do to much adjusting..just practise and mess around, i dont see a need for ne serious training, just play around and get used to a short stick

work on sprints, when u run, run a lesser milage and bring ur stick with u and practice moves. practice shooting. basically practice practice practice practice, ect....
