I was watching the MLL game of the week and was wondering if anyone knew of an up to date listing of the league's rules online. The league's page has a listing of differences, but it seems to be out of date and rather sparse.

Those are the same rules its NCAA with mods thats why its so short all MLL is is Shot Clock, 2 pt arc, and you can cut your palms, oh and an extra pole thats it
BALL
Player must retrieve ball from ground on OOB.
CROSSE
6-10”. No more than one stop, but not required.
PERSONAL EQUIPMENT
Shoulder/arm pads optional. Can cut out gloves.
TIME
Last 2 minutes of regulation= stop time.
Clock stops for 20 seconds after a goal. 15 sec. After a penalty is repeated.
TO’S
2/team/game anywhere on field
1/team/OT period
FO’S
Even in extra man at end of period where there is possession.
Home goes down first at start of game; thereafter, team who last scored.
Can’t touch FOGO men within one yard of center X
Man down FO’s= wing areas reduced. If three men down, bring player up from defensive arc.
RESTARTS
On sidelines near midline, bring to end of wing area.
LOST STICK
Can retrieve if offsides or in crease with permission and not involved with play.
GOAL
Ok if shot released before horn. Dive is legal
SHOT CLOCK 60 seconds
Stops on OOB.
CROSS CHECK
Legal if on the arm. Can’t be excessive. Crosscheck hold okay if player can move away from the goal.
CREASE VIOLATIONS
Essentially one step up from NCAA: If no possession, then free clear, if goalie possession, then 30-sec. Technical.
SUBS
If game clock stopped for injury, free subbing
GAME MISCONDUCT
Only one person down for personal foul time, GM player cannot play for 5 minutes but team plays even strength
FAILURE TO ADVANCE AFTER 20 SECONDS

the goal color. i remember right before the MLL was created they were emphasizing the yellow goal posts...

One more - IIRC, they use the 2 pt arc as a restraining line on faceoffs......this is different from NCAA for obvious reasons.
