I need a good workout for a goalie, cause im not really sure what i should be doing

hey dude, you can put one of thows bench press poles in your hands holding it outwards. and just rotate it, back and forth like your stopping shots. also look stuff up on the internet on how to better your reaction time.

One thing you should probably be doing is increasing your flexability. Another thing is probably a lot of agility... my guess.
any other suggestions?

cool i heard about the weight pole accept that u have to block a volleyball
i also heard that juggling, jump rope, and stuff was godd for agility that true?

yep, also just have people shoot on you, they proubly want the practice. also record from inside the goal of peopel taking shot and watch it for hours very close to the TV. it helps you visualize shot without being afraid.
