hey, Im in need for speed and Endurance but for the most part edurance Ive been running alot but I want something more "challenging" than just running and biking

nothing much u can do for endurance accpept runnig and biking.....for speed.. sprint up stairs not missing a stair..when jog to the bottom and repeat

thanks this question may be a lil off-topic but here goes: What can I do to extinguish my fear/nervousness when I recieve a pass or recieve a pass from a long way back? because when that happens my chances of catching the ball get sooo slim then i eventually miss it and then everyone on my team looks down on me :(... I get soo nervous that I actually act like i want the ball BUT I move so that they deciced not to pass it to me.

Just work on it man. Practice it any way that you can, get a friend or a teammate to give you those passes constantly when you practice. You'll get comfortable with it eventually. Keep pushin.

thanks man its been about 3 practice days so far and im still nervous like I said above^^. I also am one of the noobs on the highschool team since im only going into 9th grade.
