Heres a stick I did for a friend, its a corner pocket variation... constructive criticism please :D

wow that's really nice. all that carolina (maybe caicos?) blue looks really nice with the white. the twists are nice too. good job.

shooting strings are kinda slopy but besides that great.

LOoks good. It would have looked even better if the mesh channel was a little wider. Other than that, nice job.

yeah the person I did it for said only like 2 inches wide so I did a little more, and the shooters are sloppy, but there was no where to like weave them :-/
On a corner it will have a smoother release with less whip if u wrap the xlace around the leathers AND the mesh not just the mesh

Those were my first thoughts as well, when you only connect the mesh to the sidewall you leave a chance of the mesh sliding up the leathers and making your pocket inconsistent. This is basically the same thing like having loose sidewalls on a mesh pocket. It can create whip, and make your pocket a little less consistant...
Apart from that i love the pocket though, the double knots are a nice touch...outer nylons almost look like an RP. Nice Job.

Its carolina from Lax Unlimited.
EDIT: I wrapped the crosslace around the leather and the mesh the first time, and it looked gay so I re-did it, Ill do it next time again though.

Its legal, pocket depth wise, and the ball in the face and ball in the back way, its all good. I'd also like to add that this pocket has awesome hold and I suggest you people string it :D (Would it be nicer if I used coils instead of twists?)

that is very nice but have the crossalce go around the leather too cuz if you dont its going to tear the mesh

tear the mesh? I dont think that it would. How would this be any harder on the mesh than stringing a normal pocket connecting the mesh to the sidewalls

^^^^^it hapen to my friend before after about 6 months someone throw the ball praty hard and it tore the mesh it was a corner pocket also a normal pocket has thicker nylon at the end of the pocket go look look at some full piecesof mesh and you'll see wat i am talking about
