another way to work your back is to do reverse sit ups, thats where u lie on a flat bench with your body from the waist up and strap your calfs to the bench then you go down to the ground and then back up, it mostly works your lower back but it'll help, and when u do it u should probably have someone stand on the back of the bench so you dont flip over

well it all depends on what part of the back that you want to train. For the upper back i would suggust hang clean, bent over rows and lat pull downs. I would recomend talking to a strenght training coach thought. He/she would know better than i.

a good thing to work out ur back to give you a harder shoot is to do military presses and twist and bends with different weights. alwya when ur shootin fill a tennis ball with pennys so its heavier when ur tryin 2 shoot that will strengthen all ur muscles used for shooting
