I am going to start as a mid next year and wannted to know what some of you guys did in the offseason to be on top the following year

just lift and run on a daily basis thats what i do and its awesome and works fine

hey G unit i think you need to check your self......and just dont get fat bench round 200 and get fast

I just run sprints and long distance, alternating between the two
