thats kind of impossible to have more fat than him and the same height. You must have more muscle. Just pump iron kid.

I have the same amount of bodyfat and the 11 pound difference is probably mostly muscle.

assuming all the weights and BF % are correct Franks would have an extra pound of fat.

10% is considered ideal for an athlete, so you're in a great place.
If you're looking to gain weight, you have to alter your lifting routine (high weight, low reps, low sets, longer breaks between them), and increase your protein intake. Don't expect this to happen overnight, and don't expect to maintain 11% bodyfat throughout your bulking phase.

Man if you're 19 and haven't figured this stuff out yet, I'm a little concerned.
11% body fat is a good place to be at wherever you are in your life. If you don't want to get thrown around as much, then your goals need to be to gain some weight. Just make sure you lift enough, say, 4-5 days a week and eat a painfully large amount of food.

when i was 19 i was around 6.5 - 7% i did lots of long distance rollarblading (40+km on weekends and 20 - 30km on weekdays) and ate stupid amounts of food... 1kg of chicken with rice... yummm butter chicken....
after 2 years of not skating i put on 22kg, after playing goalie and a new job i've lost 4kg but have bulked up and lossing my beer belly...
if you can talk to a nutricinist (spelling) and they can recommend what to eat and how much of certain things... i was recommend to have 6000+ calories a day, it really depends on what your doing and how much fuel you need...
Also it's better to eat smaller meals more often during the day than a couple of massive meals. Your body can digest smaller meals better and you don't feel bloated, also it won't streach your stomach muscles making you keep that tight firm 6 pack all the ladies love so much...

I'm 5'8'' 170 and I have 10% BF - its a good place to be, man. The trick is not letting your body go to ish once you hit junior year. That's when the beer begins to accumulate in the guttural area.
