hey im new to the forums and to lacrosse. i statred playing about 2 years ago and im going out for attack on the school team. I want to know EVERYTHING about attack position like tricks,the perfect gear setup, perfect stick, perfect mesh, drills, workouts, anything that will improve my game! thanks alot.

Hi and welcome to the lacrosse forums.

Unfortunatly, the bolded items cannot be answered because hey are preference. No one can tell you what you like. Some can rock a Brine Shotgun, while other's need a Proton Power.

You probably should check out the Instruction (http://www.lacrosseforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=43) part of the board, and I will come back with a link that shows tips for attackmen.
