hey does anyone know like how to start a team kinda like the express?like can anyone make a team?

JUst get a bunch of guys together and join tourneys and a league. Make a name for your team and build a rep up like the road hawks and express etc......
Wow.....^^^ thos could be the opening words or whatever for a video game or something.

Its not that hard, all you need to do is get a group of at least 13 or so guys who want to travel and play. Get some uniforms, sign up for tourneys and hotels etc. and figure out a price for each player. I always wanted to try and make a team to play in like one tourney
