Bioic off ebay help

I bought a bionic off ebay 6/20 and it just came yesterday. I payed 38 + 8 shipping. The head was stated as new but it came used. The scoop was scratched, the mesh+ shooters had slight dirt stains and the inner side walls were scuffed and had dirt on them. Do you guys think I should report this to ebay and try to get my $ back? If I were to get a refund do you think he would make me send the head back or let me keep it and get my money?

just keep the head....clean it off and ge some jimalax and you'll b fine....if u read his feedback....it was 96% so u should known it was possibly iffy....but dont worry, at least u got it, its in semi-good condition i guess instead of being broken or not gettin it at all
