ok well i searched and all i found was about diff. types of mesh. what im talking about is what type of pocket you like, the main function of and what differences there are in high pockets low pockets, and middle pockets. i just read IL stick science story on low pockets (feeders pocket) and being good pockets for attackmen. so why do some attackmen like high pockets? i kno that they give a quick shot but what else? low pockets are good at quick passes and one handed cradling. so not only am i asking for my own knowledge but it may help others too. if there are any other details about each pocket explain.

low pockets- less whip (usually), less hold, better one handed cradeling
high pockets- more whip (usually), more hold, worse one handed cradeling
middle pockets- a little of both
to answer your question, some attackmen like low pockets, cause its much easier to one handed cradle with, and has less whip. Some attackmen dont mind whip, and use high pockets for the hold, which also lets them wind up longer, and have a better shot.

high pockets do not give u a quicker release where do people get this information
High pockets- more hold but more whip...takes longer to get ball out of the pocket.
Middle pocket- in between low and high. has balance of whip, hold and release
low pocket- easy to 1 hand cradle less hold... quick release
