"Napster To Go" problems

Okay I have been a napster togo subscriber for like a year and this has been happening every month at the begining of the month but my mp3 player and the napster program and the music I downloaded says that I don't have the licenses to play the music does anyone know how to fix this problem last time they e-mailed me but it takes them like 5 days and I gotta go some where sunday

well since its payed for the just contact Napster, thats the only thing you can do, or you can just buy the CD...

mine does that too. but only on the mp3 player. usually i just reset the player itself or plug it back into napster and its fine. if your napster says that the liscenses expired...well then i dno what to tell you

they said last time it had to do with DRM files but i forgot the procedure on how to do it you gotta download something from a website

When mine does that I delete all the files off and reload them and it works for another month.
