I search and nothing came up.
What are your guys goals for this summer. Here's my list.
-6 minute mile
-Less than 15% body fat
-Visable abdominal muscles (gotta have those abs baby!)
-5 goals in my summer league, at least 1 with my left hand
-Win at least 1 face-off
-Be able to do 50 straight push-ups
-Visable faster overhand shot
-And Be prepared for Pre-Calculas next year
I taped this list to my desk so I'd see it every day. Now you guys post your goals.

How old are you? Just curious.
My goals for summer:
-Make $1,000 more before going to college.
-Gain 10 more pounds (I've been putting on a pound a day until I started running again)
-Run 4 miles without dying
-6 minute mile

-get good at stringing
-run a 1 and 1/2 mile in under 9 minutes
-improve shot and stick skills
-possibly join another sport this fall

-Make freshman football A team
-Hook up with this one girl i like

-Get my knees into healthy condition
-Secure my Spot on Varsity Cross-Country(were deep enough whoever makes it will win state no matter what)
-Get better @ lax in every area
-Remeber to do my summer hw

exact same, expet 1.5 mile in under 10 minutes

-rip top corners outta my net
-gain 10 pounds of muscle
-make my 6 pack more defined
-have better dodges
-bench 1 set of 160

be able to shoot sidearm over 70 left handed
be able to do 5 45 mile. (i run a 6:10)
get a 6 pack
gain some weight and upper body strength

Let my brain go mushy from the lack of exercise. No more math! Woohooo.
Actually I just want to get better at Goalie. Thats all i want. Oh so simple, yet its not happenin'. Typical.

- Run more.
- Eat better.
- Bike more.
- String better.
- Loose a little weight while keeping my muscle.
- Work.
- Start saving for next years camps (JHU and Brodie Merrills Defense Academy).
- Read more.
- Have fun.
Sounds like a pretty good list. I don't want to set up actual goals, just expand my interests.

-5 minute mile (almost there!!!, i'm at 5:27)
-eat waaay more fruits and vegetables
-gain 10 lbs. of muscle
