Im really liking the Icon. The pocket just seems the best in that one.

yeah i got them off ebay for dirt cheap. i love them. super strong, cheap, just a slight offset, and once you get a sweet pinch and pocket in them, theyre sweet, same with savage

Wow that torque looks dangerously close to mine, except 1389074x cleaner and newer, and neater overall:

But anyways, I am also interested in what technique you use when you pinch, and how you keep everything so nice nad even on both sides.

I like the torque a lot, its real neat and symmetrical (and so are the other ones)

why thankya.. i have my own pinch technique.. i was gonna make a tut but of course i didnt have my camera till AFTER i pinched the last one. i used to use vices and clamps.. but very recently i discoverd the perfect pinching tool... zipties. you might need to put two together, but you loop them around the sidewalls and you get the pinch where you want it to the mm. just go slow and check often cause if you go over you have to cut one of them... trust me ive tried string, vices, my hands haha, zipties are the BEST. the xactos and savage were impossible cause they came off center before i even tried pinchin. i had to pinch that last xacto 7times!!! it was a son of a mother. i used to do different things but now i bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes and let it cool IN ROOM TEMPERATURE. no fridge, the slower it cools off the more strength it retains. true story look it up. and some time ill boil a head that is really stiff or really wide for 4 or 5 minutes first just so its easier to apply the zippies. im serious dudes, try zipties next time. electrical section at home depot or menards, many colors and lengths... but i get mine free from work, its just they only have six or seven inch ones thats why i need to put more than one together. good luck and next pinch i do will be tutorialed.. promise. oh yeah and incase your wonderin, ive recently started using the pencil tecnique at the top to keep her legal. tried and true it works perfect along side zipties
