Need Internet Help!

Alright im at a loss here. I dont know if anyone here can help me but might as well try. From my computer i cannot access two sites (myspace and break) unless i use a proxy, the proxys suck and arent 100% compatible. This is what confuses me though, the 2 sites work on every other computer in the house and i can ping it. I put the ping status at the bottom of this post. Oh yeah its not a system problem because its worked before and i reformatted. Thanks in advanced!

Most likely you have abused their systems, or have done something to have your IP address banned. If this is the case, as it appears to be, you will not be able to access those sites.

My router does not have static I.P. Can you block an I.P. Address even if it changes? Also i dont see how I could get ip banned from a video clip website, and both of the sites stopped working at the same exact time so i dont see a ban very likley.

Why do you need to use a proxy?

because it wont work just going to the usual url (www.break.com) I dont know why, thats the problem. But if i go to somthing like www.lksdgfproxy.com, I can access the sites.
