Yeh those wrist bands are the only item the site stocks so i'd be questioning how legit it is.

Yeah. Now that I think about it, that site doesn't look like it's legit. And the email for donations doesn't even have anything about Duke in it.

What about those bands that Inside Lacrosse showed members of the girl's team wearing? The ones that said "No excuses, No regrets."

Those were probably custom ordered for the ladies. I don't know if you can get any, but I'm pretty sure you can't.

well the guy has a duke.edu contact address, so looks like a student looking for some money possibly? or could be donated to help. i know every little bit helps, but would the players really need an extra $5 when they can afford tha lawyers and everything already

Yes, but believe it or not the majority of the U.S. either doesn't know about or doesn't care about lacrosse so all that negative publicity gave our great sport some bad coverage....The media loves bad coverage...Now that it seems the Duke players are innocent they've basically stopped reporting on the story because that isn't what they want they want to make all lacrosse players seem like thugs; so it is our job as lacrosse players to make sure that everyone knows what happened was ridiculous & it's not fair to stereotype the millions of people that play lacrosse!
That said I checked out that link above to the T-shirt & saw this quote:
"The shirt supports the University's decision to keep Men's Lacrosse as a varsity sport at DUKE University. A portion of the proceeds of the sale of this shirt will be donated to NOW, the National Organization for Women."
I like that it says they're supporting the lacrosse team but at the same time not so sure I agree w/ the portion of this will be sent to the National Organization of Women. Don't get me wrong I love women ( haha) but my first thought on that was that they put that there so people will be like "Oh those poor souls, if I buy this t-shirt I'm helping out all those women that have been raped or abused" & IMO that isn't right considering nothing was ever proven!

I have one of these wrist bands already, the Lacrosse Unlimited store sells them, so if someone lives near one and doesn't wanna order off the net, there ya go.

no they stopped covering it because it became old news with no new development, along with the fact that they are innocent, and the media no longer has controversy to build up, but expect coverage to pick up during the trial time
