hand/finger placement

where do u place ur hands and fingers when u pass and shoot?
like do u make fists or are ur finger placed in different areas on the shaft.
do u extend any certain fingers for better accuracy or power

I was just thinking about how much that effects your throwing and wondering what some of your setups are.

mine is bottom hand on the butt and top hand 10inches higher and on the bottom hand my thumb is on the bottom of the shaft and index finger slightly extended and rested of the top of the shaft everything else is in a fist shape
top hand is thumb on side of the shaft and index resting on the top the rest in a fist shape

The most important thing is that the stick should not be resting in your palm, but in your fingers. If you can then still have a finger behind the stick, go for it. My top hand is more of a tennis handshake, but I am sure there are variations that could work.
