14D expirience

i recently got some 14D and am thinkin about puttin it on my eclipse how have you guys liked 14D as far as hold, pocket depth, and throwing?

I used to have a piece on my Abyss. It wasn't bad but I didn't think it was anything special. If you want a decent pocket on it you have to do open sidewalls because even when it has broken in it doesn't stretch out all that much. Hold and throwing weren't too bad though.

I hated it. I thought it had bad rebound control, and hold. It threw well, but in my 3 attempts (all with the eclipse) I never got it to work well to my liking. It didn't stretch at all (break in) and seemed way to stiff. But thats just me.

I completely agree. I put it in my eclipse, but it never really broke in at all.

I third that comment. Once I decided not to use 14d anymore (about 2 years ago) I switched to 12d and haven't looked back.
