Here is a training program that we got for Team Sask. thought some of you might want to check it out

It has actually been changed to a 36 min. run.

I think there should def. be more wallball.

Yes. Like middieman said, "More wallball." More stick time indeed. Try getting your hands on your stick (practicing) atleast 30 minutes a day (minimum). You could even try bringing your stick on you run and doing your sprints while cradling.

If you do decide to go running/sprinting with it, work off-hand twice as much as your dominant hand.

Oh my stick goes everywhere i do, thats jjust the minimum of what we have to do, my stick is always in my hands where ever i go. People here dont see what wallball does, they laugh at you if you play it

What!? They have to be hiding under big ole rocks. I've been able to pick off passes better and have better reflexes in general from wall ball alone because alot of the time i'll purposely throw errant passes and hard passes to catch just to see if I can.

how long does it take to usually complete your program? it doesnt seem like it capitalizes on stick and foot skills

we work ALOT on stick skills in practice and as a result we dont have time to run so this is mainly for running to just to keep you stick in your hands.

i like it alot. but i would double and possibly tripple all the stick skills times

YEA MORE WALLBALL N STICK SKILLS BUT IT IS A GOOD GIDELIE TO GO BY. PS SRY FOR CAPS
