Yes... I've searched and read the sticky but this is drastically important. I've never really been serious about off-season training but after 3 years I think it would really help my game and give me an advantage over others. Since I have limited resources (2 5lb. weights, treadmill, big backyard, wall ball wall, and a big house), I need about a month of a training plan. There's no gym around here so maybe a link or a few specific workouts?

Like you said, you are supposed to make these kinds of threads, so why did you make it? And unless you are very small, the 5 lbs weights aren't going to do anything. Go to Wal-Mart and buy some heavier ones (they're cheap). There are plenty of wallball routines on the web, on TLF and Google, try searching.

Don't worry Iqbal. Do you have a ymca around you? If not one of the best things you can do is just run. Distances, sprints whatever. It's good all around.

^he said he didnt have a gym near him. and yes hand weights arent expensive and 5lbs will not do much unless you run with them and that doesnt do much either. so make a program for running, and lifting it isnt that hard, go to excel or work on your comp and just set up a plan.
