As a fan of racing, in particular Winston Cup racing (its not nextel cup...blah). You bet your sweet patute that I will be in attendance for this one. It takes everything from Days of Thunder, and makes it much much funnier.

I have to go see Nacho Libre first. Yesterday I saw Click, which I think was one of Adam Sandler's best movies ever. Tonight I am going to see P.O.C. 2, and hopefully I'll get to see Nacho Libre and Ricky Bobby before they get out of theaters. I will have seen more movies in the theaters in the past 2 days, than the past year.

I also liked where he's like playing wheelchair basketball and STANDS UP and stuffs a guy, and when he stabs himself in the leg to "prove" that he really is paralyzed, then pauses for 5 seconds and starts screaming bloody murder.

I think this is going to be great..the other cool part is it was filmed in Charlotte so my brother & my friends Dad are both in it as extras...That's going to be kind of crazy seeing faces you recognize in a movie...My friend's dad got to chill w/ Michael Duncan (Big black guy from Green Mile)..I kind of lived my life through him because that guy is like my hero...He's SO BIG!anyways this movie looks pretty tight...After Old School, Anchorman & Wedding Crashers this shoudl eba nother Will Ferrell classic

I dont know. Days of thunder has some comedy, but is not intended on being a comedy as much as it is serious. I mean it was Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman.

Alot of people are saying its our gens days of thunder, but i dont think its anything like it. This movie makes a Joke of Nascar, while days of thunder more or less...promoted it.

Either way it looks awesome.

Exactly. Because its a teaser. They don't want to reveal anything too soon. It's just meant to generate buzz about the movie.

Have you guys seen the cardboard standups for Talledega Nights? It's a picture of Will Ferell and another guy with a head cutout and it says "Take your picture with Ricky Bobby." I thought that was a pretty cool idea by their publicity crew.

I really don't think that I've ever laughed so hard so constantly throughout a whole movie. I think I might go see it again in theatres. I do believe though that the ending was kind of odd. Not the whole kiss part, but just the ending came a little quicker than i expected. SHAKE and BAKE baby.

wow that movie was great...now dont get my wrong, its no anchorman...but it was nothing short of amazing...some of my favorite parts are:
-"Im Ricky Bobby, and if you dont chew Big Red Gum, then (beep) you." (as for mentioned)
-All of the baby jesus lies especially... "Dear 8 pound, 6 ounce baby jesus"
-At the end the assistant goes "I painted the car, we we had sex"
-El diablo part (as for mentioned)
- Fig newton sign on the windsheild (as for mentioned)
- The "kilo" of lucky charms
-When texas ranger tells chip hes going to "come at him like a spider monkey"
- When Walker askes Ricky's dad how much he's sellin his weed for
- Ricky and his wife are makin out on the table and he goes "turn around evertone we might start making animal noises

there are more but i forgot them....overall great movie
